ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 - Yesterday, Paskistan was playing their fourth league match against New Zealand, Pakistan have also been gained victory in three matches before this and qualified for quarter finals of ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, but if we analyse the performance of Pakistan team in last match against New Zealand, their Batting, Bowling and Fielding was nothing but most poor. no body can says this is a world class team who is leading in his group for quarter finals
At first New Zealand won the toss and choose to bat first, made 302 runs in given 50 overs with the loss of 7 wickets, their run rate was 6.01 runs per over, New Zealand add above than 100 precious runs in last five overs by Taylor, he made century also in this game, remarkable performance done by all of kevies.
Pakistan fielding and bowling performance was too much bad. bad performance started when wicket keeper Kamran Akmal droped two easiest catches in Shoaib Akhtar's Spell, infect there seems no effort from kamran Akmal to take first catch, even he did'nt try for that.
Shoaib Akhtar was also dishearted, but it does not means that you give runs on un neccessary throws, this is a lack of fielding and in the end, three full tosses in a row, what was the result? one boundry and two sixes!
Batting performance is also going nill/nill. Pakistan's openers are showing continuesly faliures and same behaviour in matches. Making runs or hitting is a saperate issue even they are not staying at the wicket. What was the element behind this? this type of behaviour shows two major problems in any team, may be internal politics and bad relations in the team members, may be due to back door illegal deal, which is known as 'Match Fixing' in common term.
No body can expect from Pakistan Cricket Team that they are not in form or they have no guts to play and win, This is a serious issue for Pakistan Cricket Board but they doing nothing for the lacks of performance done by their team. If Pakistan Team is performing like new comer, who dont know how to play, so why they are continuously existing in the team? Fire them all and hire new faces who are performing good in club and domestic cricket. PCB should take this matter seriously, even a trial of Kamran akmal is too much neccessary for their childish mistakes.
Action and presure of ICC is also necceassary for PCB to take actions specially investigate this behaviour from match fixing point of view. Cricket should be free from all wicked politics and negativities because this is a religion of one fourth of the world.
